1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using OSA Agency's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.
2. Services
OSA Agency provides web development, UI/UX design, marketing, and SEO services. The specific scope of work for each project will be outlined in a separate service agreement or proposal.
3. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all materials produced during the course of a project remain the property of OSA Agency until full payment is received. Upon full payment, ownership of the final deliverables will transfer to the client.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing necessary information, assets, and approvals in a timely manner. Delays in providing these may impact project timelines and costs.
5. Payment Terms
Payment terms will be specified in each project proposal. Generally, we require an upfront deposit before work commences, with subsequent milestone payments.
6. Limitation of Liability
OSA Agency shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services or any products developed for the client.
